Shipping & Delivery

If we have your products in stock and we will usually dispatch your order within 24 hours.

If we have to order your product, we will inform you by email or by phone call when your products are expected to arrive, and we will advise an expected date to ship. The expected shipping date is based on our experience and not guaranteed

Returns & Replacement Policy

We are happy to refund or exchange any unopened, undamaged, and unexpired contact lenses within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on made-to-order lenses.

’Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.”

The return cost for shipping is free, within the United Arab Emirates using our preferred courier company. International returns must be sent as a tracked package and the transportation cost must be paid by the customer. 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, who will be delighted to help you with the process.

Special orders and made-to-orders products are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.

We are sorry that we have to impose such strict rules but had to do so for reasons of fairness to all our customers.

Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Ordering

Please feel free to either order online in our shop or via phone or chat. In general, we recommend ordering online as you can take your time to review the products, prescription power, and prices to makes sure you place the correct order and do not forget any address details.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We provide cash on delivery payment for the United Arab Emirates and Credit Card Payment for all other countries.

Viewing Orders

When you have created a user account you will be able to see all your past orders when you are logged in.  You can use the reorder function if you want to order the same items again.

Updating Account Information

You can of course always update your account information and in case you lose your password, we will send you a link to restore it.
